Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically delivered within 7–15 business days in the US. International orders may take 10–20 business days depending on your location and customs processing.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees charged by their country.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can also visit our Track Your Order page anytime.

Production & Fulfillment

How long does production take?
All BGHR products are made on demand through Printful. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order ships. This means your total delivery time is production time plus shipping time.

Why is my order taking longer than expected?
During peak seasons (holidays, back-to-school, major events), production times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience — every item is made specifically for you.

Sizing

How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a size guide link. We strongly recommend checking measurements before ordering, as sizes can vary by style and brand.

Do you offer extended sizes?
Yes! Most apparel is available in sizes XS–5XL depending on the style. Check the individual product page for available sizes.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. Please review our Return Policy and size guides carefully before ordering.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We’ve got you. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will send a replacement at no charge.

Order Issues

How do I report a problem with my order?
Email us at the address on our Contact page with your order number and a description of the issue. We respond within 1–2 business days.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement, before production begins. Contact us immediately if you need to make a change.
