Refund policy

All Black Girls in HR products are made on demand, specifically for you. Because each item is produced at the time of your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

Incorrect size selected
Change of mind
Ordering the wrong item
We strongly encourage you to review the size guide on each product page before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it or issue a full refund — your choice.

To request a replacement or refund, contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

Your order number
A clear photo of the issue
We will review and resolve your request promptly.

Lost in Transit

If your tracking shows your package has not moved or is confirmed lost before delivery, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it. We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, before production begins. After that, cancellations are not possible as your item is already in production.
