What is Black Girls in HR?

Black Girls in HR (BGHR) is a professional community built specifically for Black women working in Human Resources and allied workplace professions. We are recruiters, HR business partners, DEI practitioners, talent acquisition specialists, people operations leaders, and everything in between.

We are the women who build the systems, write the policies, hold the culture, and show up every day to make workplaces better for everyone — often while navigating spaces that weren’t designed with us in mind.
