Track Your Order
All BGHR orders are fulfilled through Printful and shipped directly to you. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email — use it to follow your package every step of the way.
How to Track
- Check your email — Look for a shipping confirmation email from us. It will include your tracking number and a direct link to track your package.
- Use your tracking number — Click the link in your email or enter your tracking number directly on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on your order).
- Allow time for updates — Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to appear after your shipping confirmation email is sent.
Didn't Receive a Tracking Email?
First, check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, your order may still be in production (production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping).
If it has been more than 7 business days since you placed your order and you have not received a tracking email, please contact us with your order number and we will look into it right away.
Understanding Your Order Timeline
- Production: 2–5 business days
- US Shipping: 5–10 business days after production
- International Shipping: 10–20 business days after production
Total estimated delivery for US orders: 7–15 business days from order date.

If your tracking shows your package is stuck, delayed, or marked delivered but not received, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
