All BGHR apparel is made to order through Printful. Sizes can vary slightly by style and brand, so we strongly recommend measuring yourself and comparing to the size chart on each product page before ordering.
How to Measure
- Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the ground.
- Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, the narrowest part of your torso.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
- Length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder to the hem.

Fit Tips
- If you’re between sizes, size up for a more relaxed fit or size down for a more fitted look.
- Unisex styles are cut wider through the chest and shoulders — consider sizing down if you prefer a more fitted silhouette.
- All measurements are of the garment laid flat.
